Villa Cinema – A VVIP Villa in Florida

Villa Cinema, also known as the Miami Blue House, sits at the mouth of the Little River on Belle Meade Island. It is surrounded by about 350 feet of waterfront seawall. Dolphins and manatees are regular visitors, and at night you see the skyline lit up.

The estate

The house is in a gated community, at the very end of a cul-de-sac, on a corner lot of about half an acre. It has two storeys, 8,000 square feet and a 3-car garage.

West Wing

The 1,500 sq ft master suite is on two levels, with its own screening area, dining area and balcony. The West Wing also has a queen guest room with water views, a twin room that can be used as staff quarters, and a real chef's kitchen with a full walk-in. The bar and breakfast nook are surrounded by bay views. The dining room seats 14, with seating for 10 more. The recreation room has a pool table and an arcade with 200 classic games.

East Wing and upstairs

The living room is done in blue and gold, with a 70-inch TV and professional sound. Downstairs, the Princess room has 2 queen beds and a makeup area. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. The Blue room has 3 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms, the Sunrise room has 3 queen beds and a full bath, and the Lime room has a queen bed and a full bath. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony that wraps around the house.

Outdoors

There is an 80 ft heated hourglass-shaped pool with a waterfall and an LED jacuzzi, and a tiki hut of more than 2,500 square feet. You also get a pizza oven, a smoker, dining for 40, a game TV, 10 sectionals, a chess board and Balinese art around the garden.
