The house keeps its original architecture from the Golden Era of Miami Beach, with modern furniture and comforts added. Inside there are palatial rooms, a formal dining room, a library and a chef's kitchen with wood cabinetry. The grand salon has coffered ceilings and custom built-ins. Impact doors and big windows let in plenty of light. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, a winding staircase, rustic tile, marble floors and crown molding complete the look.
Space for large groups
Three detached guest houses bring the total to 12 bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, so a large family or group can stay together and still have privacy.
Water and pool
The property has 100 feet of water frontage with no fixed bridges, so boats have open access to the bay. The infinity-edge pool with fountains is the centre of outdoor life, with sunbeds, terraces and lounge areas around it.
