The house
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus 2 half baths. The open living, dining and kitchen area is fitted with Miele, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a built-in bar. You also have a movie theater with leather recliners and a waterfront gym. An elevator runs from the ground floor to the rooftop terrace, which looks out over Downtown Miami. All second-floor bedrooms have balconies facing the water.
Pool and waterfront
The heated infinity-edge lap pool is 12 ft wide, with a shallow sun shelf, a hot tub and a fire pit. There is an outdoor kitchen and a large lounge area with 360-degree views. The property has 85 feet of water frontage with a dock and boat lift, so you can arrive or leave by boat.
Location
Hibiscus Island is a small, gated island between Downtown Miami and South Beach. It is quiet, but you are only a few minutes from Ocean Drive, restaurants and nightlife.
